The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

(Supergute Tage oder Die sonderbare Welt des Christopher Boone)

A murder mystery play like no other by Simon Stephens based on the novel of the same name by Mark Haddon

Christopher Boone is a gifted math and science pupil with a unique perspective on the world. He possesses a rigorously logical mind but struggles to interpret social cues. One night, he discovers his neighbour’s dog, Wellington, impaled on a garden fork. He decides to investigate the murder and embarks on an unexpected journey, crossing paths with relatives, neighbours, shopkeepers, tube travellers…

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is a poignant and insightful exploration of a unique mind’s journey through a world that often seems confusing and overwhelming. Christopher’s story challenges our perceptions of the norm and encourages us to embrace the differences that make each of us unique.

A play that works on every level — crowd-pleasing, eye-opening, life-affirming and unmissable. Time
