Education

Here at the English Theatre Frankfurt, we strive to improve the lives and minds of young people in the community, as well as providing teachers with the tools that they need to inspire both themselves and their students.

We offer workshops to school-goers and students from the age of 10 and up in various areas such as teambuilding, overcoming shyness, improving vocabulary, movement and acting as well as workshops based on our current productions. Teachers also have the chance to receive training to add to their teachers’ toolkit. Please visit our section on workshops for more information.

Our Education Team works within Frankfurt and the surrounding areas, offering educational programmes as part of our outreach initiative. Schools are offered the opportunity to join our Schools on Stage, where pedagogues go into schools to support productions and/or teach courses throughout the school year as well as co operate with extra-curricular theatre groups. Our Plays For Young Audiences consist of up to three productions each year and are specifically designed for students. At least one of them also offers a touring option. For more information please visit our Plays For Young Audiences section.
