You can use your ABO voucher to book your tickets online.
1. You can pay your subscription by EC-Lastschrift or credit card. After we have received your payment, we will mail you your ABO voucher.
2. When reserving, please tell the box-office your ABO voucher number.
3. There is no compensation for a voucher that has been reserved and is not used.
4. lf you wish to visit a musical with a theatre voucher, additional payment will be required.
5. With a subscription you can choose any performance, with the exception of New Year’s Eve or premières. However, we recommend that you reserve as early as possible.
6. ABO vouchers are transferable, allowing you to visit the theatre with friends or give them to others as a gift.
7. ABO vouchers are only valid for the current season and are not transferable for the forthcoming season.
8. The English Theatre reserves the right to make any changes during the theatre’s season.
9. Subscription savings are available on all shows with the exception of the Plays for Young Audiences.

Despite the currently still unresolved leasing Dilemma the ETF is dealing with, we want to assure you: We remain confident that the City of Frankfurt and the Commerzbank AG will find a solution. The show will go on!
We remain optimistic also thanks to the support we have received in recent weeks and months from the City, local elected officials and the media – and last but not least from you!
Accordingly, we also assure you that your subscriptions and vouchers remain valid as usual. However, should it come to a temporary halt of the ETF’s operation, we will of course refund your costs.
